What makes us different?

Mansfield is a booth-rental town. We're not. We're a commission salon- by choice, and on purpose-- because we believe the best stylists do their best work when they're not also running the back office of a one-person business.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Real earning potential- You’ll earn up to 55% service commission, plus commission on your retail. What I love about how we do this is that you have two ways to grow your income: you earn a higher commission as your business grows steadily, and you grow your pricing as you build your demand. It truly puts your success in your own hands. I have stylists having the best income years of their lives right now, and I would love to sit down and talk through what that could look like for you. And you won’t have to live behind the chair to get there — most of our stylists do this working just three or four days a week. 

• Steady New Clients- Our Marketing brings 35 to 40 new clients through our doors every month, so you're growing your book, not starting over. You focus on taking great care of them; we focus on bringing them into the salon.

• Exclusively Aveda - we use Aveda products and color exclusively, with ongoing Aveda education built into how we work.

•  A receptionist at the front desk- you focus on hair, not the phone, payments, or rescheduling.

• A real team, not roommates- we work together, support each other, and hold the same standards. No one is on their own here.

• Tuesday through Saturday- closed Sunday and Monday. You'll have real time off.

what to expect

We do not believe in long, formal application processes. Joining a salon should feel like the start of a conversation, not a hiring funnel. 

Here's how it works:

1. You reach out- by form or call 419-756-3101. Whatever is easiest.

2. We talk- a short, low-pressure conversation about where you are now and what you are looking for in a salon. About 20 minutes.

3. You visit the salon- you meet the team, see the space, and ask anything you want about how we work, including the full commission structure. 

4. You decide- No pressure either way. We believe the right fit is obvious to both sides.

All conversations are kept fully confidential.
