What makes us different?

Mansfield is a booth-rental town. We're not. We're a commission salon- by choice, and on purpose-- because we believe the best stylists do their best work when they're not also running the back office of a one person business.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Commission up to 65%, profit-on-profit based on your service revenue. We've built our schedule so a full time stylist works three to four days a week, around 30 hours. 

• Exclusively Aveda - we use Aveda products and color exclusively, with ongoing Aveda education built into how we work.

•  A receptionist at the front desk- you focus on hair, not the phone, payments, or rescheduling.

• A real team, not roommates- we work together, support each other, and hold the same standards. No one is on their own here.

• Tuesday through Saturday- closed Sunday and Monday. You'll have real time off.

what to except

We don't believe in long, formal application processes. Joining a salon should feel like the start of a conversation, not a hiring funnel.

Here's how it works:

1. You reach out-- by form or call 419-756-3101. Whatever is easiest.

2. We talk-- a short, low-pressure conversation about where you are now and what you are looking for in a salon. About 20 minutes.

3. You visit the salon-- you meet the team, see the space, and ask anything you want about how we work, including the full commission structure. 

4. You decide-- No pressure either way. We believe the right fit is obvious to both sides.

All conversations are kept fully confidential.
